Sorrento Peninsula - Mediterranean Gastronomy

- DAY 1: Arrival at your hotel.
DAY 2: First of all, enjoy some free time to discover Sorrento on your own. On request, you can also visit the beautiful Pompeii with a guide. In the afternoon, you visit a Limonaia, where you get to learn how the infamous Limoncello is made. You won´t leave the place without a delicious tasting of the lemon liquor!
DAY 3: After breakfast, you go a little further South. The Salerno region is known for making the best mozzarella there is: the Mozzarella di Bufala! You visit a cheese-making factory, before tasting some Mozzarella di Bufala, Ricotta, and Provolone. If you like, in the afternoon, you can use the opportunity to be there to visit the antic tempels of Paestum.
DAY 4: With your guide, you are up to discover the beautiful Sorrento Peninsula. On your way, you make a stop-over to visit an olive-oil farm, where various (derivated) products are made. After the short tour, you enjoy a generous tasting, including olive-oil with bread, home-made marmelades, marinated vegetables and a light lunch. Then you have free time at your disposal to discover further on your own. Why not, for example, enjoy a stroll on the beautiful coastline?
DAY 5: Today you are free to choose what you wish to see, do and taste! Maybe you would like to visit Naples? This is the place where the world most famous Italian culinary specialty has been invented: It is the perfect opportunity for you to eat the best pizza ever! Or maybe you would prefer to see Capri? On the beautiful island, why not eventually taste some wines and / or appreciate a delicious seafood lunch?
