- DAY 1: Arrival at your hotel.
- DAY 2: Ritten. The hike begins in Oberbozen and follows the Freudpromenade to Klobenstein. It continues to the Ritten Earth Pyramids and back to Lengmoos. Enjoy a fabulous panoramic view of the Dolomites. (approx. 9 km, approx. 150 m elevation gain, approx. 3 hours walking time)
- DAY 3: Take the bus to Lerch near Aldein. Here, the hike begins toward the Laner Alm, past the typical hay meadows and on through the woods up to the Schönrast Alm. This alpine pasture has retained much of its rustic character and is therefore considered one of the most beautiful in South Tyrol. After a lunch break, the hike continues to the pilgrimage site of Maria Weissenstein, which you’ll visit before taking the bus back to the hotel. (approx. 8 km, approx. 200 m elevation gain, approx. 3.5 hours walking time)
- DAY 4: First, you’ll travel to Seis am Schlern. From here, take the cable car up to the Seiser Alm, the largest alpine pasture in Europe. The hike begins in Kompatsch and leads across the high plateau to the Puflatsch, then on to one of the many huts. After a break with a cozy get-together, you’ll head back. (approx. 7.5 km, approx. 310 m elevation gain, approx. 3.5 hours walking time)
- DAY 5: Today’s stage takes you from the Lavazé Pass through the wintry landscape to the Aurer Leger Alm. You’ll then hike up to the Jochgrimm and on to the rustic Gurndin Alm, which offers magnificent views of the mountains. (approx. 7.5 km, approx. 250 m elevation gain, approx. 3 hours walking time)
- DAY 6: Breakfast and return home.
